X-RAY and CT
X-rays are a type of radiation called electromagnetic waves. X-ray imaging creates pictures of inside of the body. The most familiar use of X-rays is checking for broken bones. Computed tomography (CT) is a type of imaging that uses special X-ray equipment to make cross-sectional pictures of the body. CT can help to diagnose cancer in every part of the body.
